Threadless Body Jewelry:

a push pin technology which uses tension between the end and the shaft to fit and stay together. The end has an insertion pin which is slightly bent when inserted into the jewelry straight shaft. This slight bend of the pin against the straight shaft creates a spring tension, holding the end securely in place. Follow the instructions below to secure the threadless piercing jewelry end into the threadless shaft.

Insert the pin one-third to halfway into the shaft. Hand-bend slightly the insertion pin against the shaft, as shown in the gallery of images. Push the end into the shaft and test the fit.

Adjusting the fit: If it’s too tight, take some of the bend out of the pin and try again. Remember adjust slightly and then try again.
No more screw on balls.

Steps to use an insertion pin (taper).

• Wash your hands with soap and water. If you have disposable gloves, don them.
• Clean the insertion pin (taper) with soap and water, or wipe it thoroughly with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
• Clean the piercing site. Typically this will be with soap and water,
• Gently guide the thin part of the pin through the channel of the piercing. This should not hurt. If this is uncomfortable, remove the insertion pin and see a piercer as soon as possible.
• Connect your jewelry to the insertion pin by pressure or threading.
Follow the jewelry behind the insertion pin, Screwing it on completely to the insertion pin if threaded or butting it up against the insertion pin it threadless or settling it into the indented portion if concave.
Make sure the Jewellery follows the insertion pin through the piercing smoothly do not use force.
